Crockpot Shredded Beef Tacos

Ingredients

Salt Chili powder Cumin Coriander Top Round Roast Olive oil Tomato sauce Chipotle chile pepper in adobo sauce Fresh garlic

Step 1

Combine salt, chili powder, cumin & coriander. Rub the spices all over the roast.

Step 2

Warm olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Sear meat on all sides, about 5 minutes total.

Step 3

Put meat in crockpot.

Step 4

Mix tomato sauce, chipotle pepper & garlic then pour over meat.

Step 5

Cover & cook on low for about 6 hours, or until fork-tender. Shred meat with two forks and combine with enough sauce to moisten.
