HISTORY OF BUBBLES
We know by this painting from Jean-Simeon Chardin that kids have been blowing bubbles since at least the early 1700s.

MAKE GIANT BUBBLES
1. Make a giant bubble wand with PVC pipe and yarn. 2. Follow the giant bubble recipe of water, soap, cornstarch and baking powder.
MAKE FROZEN BUBBLES
1. You will need an outside temperature below 10 degrees F/-12 degrees C 2. Bundle up & take your bubble solution outside for blowing bubbles.
MAKE BOUNCING BUBBLES
1. Grab a soft glove which protects the bubbles from the oils on your hand. 2. Follow the simple bubble recipe of water, dish soap & sugar.
MAKE FOAMING BUBBLES
1. Make the bubble solution recipe of water, dish soap, food coloring & (optional) glycerin. 2. Mix with a stand or hand mixer for 2 minutes.
MAKE STRETCHY BUBBLES
1. Make bubble goop with clear school glue, liquid starch & food coloring. 2. Blow into a straw creating a bubble. 3. Remove from straw & pinch end.
MAKE GLOW IN THE DARK BUBBLES
1. Make bubble solution or use a bottle that you already have. 2. Have an adult add glow sticks to the solution.
