It’s easy to buy into the idea of the lazy teenager. We see them in movies, on commercials, even in our own homes. That tired looking, dead eyed stare we get when we ask them to take their socks to the hamper. Or that “Ugh” they give us when we tell them to put down their phones to come to the dinner table…but teens have a way of surprising us.
