If you have pets you know they go a little squirrelly around Christmas time. I mean, kids do, too, but rarely do kids manage to cause the levels of destruction our pets seem capable of. My kids, around Christmas, are great at pushing my buttons. They are so excited about the holiday, and about the sweets, the days off school, snow, so many fun and wonderful things that they’re like spinning tops threatening to fly off the top of a table. But, I can put them outside. “Go play in the snow!” Or, send them to bed. Sometimes at 4:00 in the afternoon. I kid, I kid…sort of. But pets…well, pets have all that excitement from the lights and ornaments and new additions to the home, but have no idea what any of it means. So it’s no wonder this kitten decided to scale the tree and become a living tree topper. Take a look!
Thing is, as a pet owner you want to get onto them. You don’t want to spend hours every day cleaning up ornaments, and picking up the tree, or such, but it’s hard to get onto them when they’re this darn cute. The kids? Easy. They talk back. But who can be mad at a sweet little kitty face like that?
