When I was a kid, I don’t think there was a single semi we passed where I didn’t make a honking motion. Sometimes they’d do it, most of the time they never saw me. It was always thrilling to hear that big horn and know that they did that just for me. For my mom, probably not as thrilling. I’m sure there were a few times on the freeway where she probably never expected to hear that big ol’ honk, and where she looked around to see what she’d done to cause it. This little girl is a lot like me. She sees a big ship and immediately makes the honking motion. At first it seems like the ship will pass her by without notice, but when it finally responds, her reaction is hilarious! Take a look!
I honestly don’t know how I would have responded in her shoes. That horn was definitely a lot bigger than I expected it to be, and from the look on her face, she never expected anything like that, either. Which is both hilarious and amazing. Amazing because the ship saw her and replied, and hilarious because I’m not sure she’ll ever make that motion again in her entire life.
