Sometimes in life the perfect friend comes along when we need them most. For this kitten and deer they were each other’s perfect friend, and they found each other and the perfect time. I’m not sure how often deer befriend other animals, but this kitten seems to be her best friend and the kitten seems pretty fond of the deer, too. Take a look!
I wish I knew more about this. Like, was the deer abandoned? Is that a refuge? Does the kitten play fast and loose with deer friendships all over the farm? I just don’t know, but you know, I’m not sure it matters. What matters is how it makes me feel. Watching those two together makes me feel as if there’s hope in the world. That friendships can form in unlikely ways and that if we all tried a little harder, we could probably get along.
