Did you know in Oregon dogs are considered people now? It’s true. A new protection of dogs act just passed that guarantees the same protections for dogs as what humans receive. Well, I don’t think dogs are human, but I do know some of them have just as quirky a sense of humor as any human I know. Take this dog, for instance. I don’t know what he’s chasing into the field, but when he gets there, she does something that will make you absolutely lose it. Seriously, take a look!
How funny is she? I’ve never seen a dog hop like that before in my life. I’m not sure many do that, but I’m so glad her family caught it on film. Keep being you, Rosie, you’re a unique pup!
