There is something magical about a little girl receiving a doll she can really identify with. But for some kids that isn’t an option…usually. For this little girl it seemed like she’d never have a doll that was much like her, but then her parents did something incredible. They sent her American Girl doll to a company that specializes in ‘doll rehab’, where they gave her baby a leg just like her own, and sent her a special letter telling her exactly what happened. This Cypress Texas girl just cried the happiest tears of her life, and I have to tell you, I was crying right along with her. I can’t imagine being that young and receiving such a special gift. What an incredible and moving experience! Thank you so much to  A Step Ahead prosthetics for making this beautiful child so happy!
