Most of us know soda isn’t great for us, yet we still drink it. A lot of it. And even though it weakens the enamel on our teeth, messes with our DNA (yes, that’s right), and ages us at the same rate as those who smoke cigarettes, we STILL drink it. So what would happen if we ONLY drink soda? Sure, probably none of us would do that, but we all (probably) know at least one person who drinks far more than they should. The results are horrifying and shocking…
Now I’m not saying that’s enough to make me quit sodas altogether, but it definitely had me thinking about how many I actually drink each week…and it was way more than I imagined. What about you? Are you willing to give up the sweet stuff for a chance at a healthier life?
