The recipe was easy and a big hit at my MIL’s house, so I thought I’d share it with you all!
- 3 cans Ro-Tel Tomatoes
- 1 small green or yellow pepper, chopped
- 8 medium green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon jalapeno pepper, finely diced
- 3 Tablespoons of lime juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients together well.
Serve with tortilla chips.
