Supplies Needed to Make Holiday Slime Recipe
- 6 oz bottle of Elmer’s Green Glitter Glue – glitter glue comes in all sorts of festive colors
- 1/2 Tbsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp contact solution
- Green food coloring
- Red and Gold sequins
Instructions to Make Christmas Tree Slime Recipe

Step 1
Empty the bottle of green Glitter Glue into a small bowl. Stir in a few drops of green food coloring to give the slime an even darker green color.
You can start with clear glue (Elmer’s glue) or clear glitter glue and add a lot more food coloring depending on the basic recipe ingredients you have on hand.
Step 2
Add baking soda and stir until dissolved. It is fun to see how it dissolves a little bit at a time!
Step 3
Stir in the red and gold sequins.
Step 4
Then add the contact solution and mix well.
Step 5
When the mixture comes together and pulls away from the sides, remove it from the bowl.

Step 6
Stretch and knead the glitter glue slime it until it becomes less sticky and reaches your desired consistency.
