We’ve had cats my entire life, and while each had a personality completely its own, some of them had personality plus. The one that stands out most to me is Firetruck (yes, that was his name). My dad was a fire chief for a while when I was a teen, and Firetruck was the station cat. He wandered in one day and was adopted by the firefighters. They kept him alive on a steady diet of potato chips and sandwich ham until one day Firetruck accidentally ran code with them in the ambulance to a call. That’s when he had to go. Cats can be in ambulances, after all. So, he came home to us. Thing is, after spending all that time in a fire station, he had a truly unique meow. He actually DID sound a bit like a fire truck. As strange as our cat was, though, even his meows were normal compared to this guy! Take a look!
