Essential Oil Recipe: Unwinding Bath Melts
This simple DIY takes two ingredients: coconut oil and Epoch Unwind essential oil. This blend of lavender, bergamot and other essential oils is completely relaxing and soothing. You will love the scent.
Coconut oil is hydrating can help moisturize your dry skin, so this recipe is a two-in-one! It’s relaxing and hydrating.
- Scoop out 1/2 cup of solid coconut oil into a microwave safe dish.
- Heat in 10 second intervals, stirring each time, until it is melted.
- Then, add in 10 drops of unwind oil.
- Pour 2 teaspoons of the mixture into silicone molds. You can use candy trays or an ice cube tray.
- Pop it in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until solid.
Pop these out and wrap them in plastic wrap or put them in a glass jar. Leave them in the batroom cabinet for anytime you need to unwind!
